Pat has been cleaning my gutter and driveway for the last 10 years. I only have praise for him. He is very reliable, does high quality job, does NOT cut corners, and doesn't take all day. I find his pricing very fair as well. This year he also cleaned outdoor slabs I had laid last year. He always does and outstanding job and is very easy to deal with. His response time is very good, too. I have no hesitation in recommending him, in fact a few of my neighbours recommended him to me in the first place.

Another outstanding job from Pay at Spraytech Cleaning! Not only was the roof done but also the printed concrete we have on the back yard was made look as new! He had no issues with a few other small issues I only thought of that morning either!! Great work and all done without any sort of disturbance which is great while I had work calls during the day! Great service, very professional and good communication. Did a thorough job on our driveway and patio, no cutting corners and left the place clean, including the run-off areas outside our property.pat was able to facilitate us at quick notice and arrived on time. Would definitely recommend.

Very good service from Spraytech Cleaning. Pat brought the house back to its former glory by removing all the red algae from the walls and he also did a fantastic job removing all the moss from the tarmac and restoring it with a tarmac sealer. I would definitely recommend spraytech cleaning to anyone looking to get any powerwashing done on their property.
Can't recommend spraytech cleaning enough. Pat did a brilliant job cleaning my roof and gutters. The transformation was unbelievable as the roof was never cleaned and is now looking new again. He also repaired a leak in the gutter. Can't recommend him enough and will definitely have him back in the future.
